In 2010, Sue Meitner started Centennial Lending Group, drawing from her over 20 years of experience in mortgage banking. She gathered a strong team, both from within and outside the industry, and the company grew rapidly, making it onto the Inc 5000 list for four years. Sue and her team focus on being always available and providing top-notch customer service, guided by their principles of being Trusted, Determined, and Committed.
In 2019, Sue decided to partner with Owen Lee, President of Success Mortgage Partners, Inc. (SMP). This partnership allows CLG to continue its growth while incorporating the latest technology and maintaining personalized service. It also expands CLG's offerings, providing more loan products and faster processing times.
Shortly after CLG's founding, Sue wrote about her experiences in her book, Crazy, Lucky Girl: Do You Have the Keys to Success? After the partnership with SMP, she co-authored Women Who Dream, sharing inspiring stories. Sue's story in Women Who Dream builds on her first book, offering insights into entrepreneurship and goal achievement. Through her books and speaking engagements, Sue shares wisdom gained from her journey to inspire others interested in starting their own businesses.
Sue has received several awards, including recognition as a Woman of Distinction by the Philadelphia Business Journal and inclusion in Mortgage Professionals of America's Hot 100 List.
